Dance Class!

So...for the first time ever, Autumn went to dance class today!! Before anyone gets really excited (I've gotten phone calls, already, lol), I don't have video or photos of the actual class. I didn't realize my camera batteries were nearly dead. I do, however, have some "after" photos! Annalise taught the little class. Her daughter Ella is just a little older than Autumn and they hit it off pretty well. Ella knows the routine and was sooo cute doing her moves. Here they are after class reading together. When we got home, I put in some batteries and tried to get some cute photos but Autumn wouldn't put down her broom.


She wasn't sweeping, she was waving the broom around like a baton...or a weapon. hahaha. Look! She even has her guard hand up.


I just think this one is funny. Not sure why. It might be her stocky little body (although she's stretched out a good bit the last few weeks) or how she looks like she's about to set out on a journey.


For a slight change of pace...some people on Facebook have seen this already but I thought I'd post these here. I made Autumn a new dress!


What did she think about it?


It's an Asian-inspired pattern by ModKid but it looks way japanese on Autumn. I think because it might be a touch too big so it's more of a kimono effect than it might be normally.


This is one of the last ones I tried to take. She's so cute when she's sad. Isn't that terrible?? :P The dress can be worn without the obi--it's an unattached belt.
